Cancellation and Payment Policy Acknowledgment of Terms By enrolling in lessons, students (or their guardians) acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms. Cancellation Notice for Ongoing Plans Students wishing to discontinue lessons must provide notice of cancellation no less than fourteen (14) days prior to their scheduled direct debit due date. This notice period ensures that future payments are not processed. Exclusions for Fixed-Term Plans This cancellation policy does not apply to fixed-term plans (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans). Fixed-term plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable for the duration of the selected term. Payments and Refunds Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the direct debit due date will not prevent the scheduled payment from being processed. Once a direct debit has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.
