Cancellation Policy
Missed Lessons/ Cancelled Lessons a) Any lesson missed by the Student, without prior notice, shall be paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed with the Teacher. b) In the event of a lesson cancellation, the Teacher must be notified with minimum 24 hours prior to the lesson and the fee will be carried forward to another date. In both cases, it is recommended to re-book the lesson for the same week or the following week, based on mutual availability, in order to maintain the consistency for Student's progress. In the event that Teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled lessons, the lesson will be carried forward to another date. If this is not possible, any fee already paid will be refunded or used to pay for future lessons. Re-schedule Lessons To re-schedule a lesson a notice of 24 hours is required and can be made for the same week or the following week only, providing the lesson for the following week is not going to be cancelled and the student will have then 2 hours in same week.
